libitsol1 software package provides ITerative SOLvers - runtime, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libitsol1
libitsol1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libitsol1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libitsol1 *
You will get with libitsol1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
